Users can cancel orders free of charge without bearing any logistics costs if the merchant only completes order confirmation, stock preparation and packing without printing logistics waybills or delivering parcels for pickup. If the merchant has printed the logistics waybill, completed outbound delivery, and the parcel has been picked up by express delivery and entered the national logistics transportation chain, order interception and cancellation will be unavailable. Users can sign for the parcels normally and apply for return and refund through the platform’s standard after-sales process.
